While this class focuses on the unique changes that occur for women over 40, women in their 30s are welcome. This is a supportive space for anyone looking to enhance their physical and mental well-being through the transformative power of stretching. Regular stretching helps maintain and improve flexibility, which can be crucial for maintaining mobility and preventing injuries. Our routines are designed to be gentle, fun and effective, focusing on areas that often become tight and stiff with age, such as the hips, shoulders, and back. By increasing your flexibility, you'll find greater ease in daily activities, from reaching for items on high shelves, bending down to tie your shoes, even squatting and feeling more sexy and vibrant. You'll learn techniques to release tension, improve circulation, and boost your energy levels.
